Tom Hurding BSc
Graduated from The University of Essex in 2011 and studied Sports and Exercise Science. Having a serious passion for sport and helping people meant that becoming a Sports Therapist was ideal pathway.
Tom has over a decade of experiience working with thousands of people. Working with professional atheletes to office workers Tom was formerly the Head of Medical at Chelmsford City FC.
The Mission
The mission is to help as many people reach their goals as possible, whether it's relieving daily tensions or treating a sporting injury. We will identify opportunities for improvement and create a personalised program to help achieve the desired outcome.
The Physi:fix Way
We want to treat people in a unique and contemporary way and believe rehab should be interactive, educational and movement based. Through hours of research and planning we use a combination of the best traditional approaches with the most current methods to optimise our treatments and get the best results.
We are promoting less time spent on the treatment table and more time getting fitter, stronger and injury resistant.
